WHAT YOU SEEM TO BE DESCRIBING IS SYMPTOMS OF BARTHOLIN GLAND INFECTION LEADING TO AN ABSCESS FORMATION. BARTHOLIN GLANDS ARE LOCATED IN LABIAL FOLDS AND SECRETE A LUBRICATING FLUID . HOWEVER IF THEIR OPENING GETS BLOCKED THEN LOCAL INFECTION, SWELLING AND PAIN AND POSSIBLY URINARY TRACT INFECTION WITH FEVER SETS IN. YOU NEED TO CONSULT A GYNAECOLOGIST WHO WILL DIAGNOSE IT AND IF NEED SURGICALLY DRAIN IT.
