Swollen Ankles, Bruising On The Foot. Pain In The Lower Spine And Back, Acne In The Head. What Are These?

My ankles are swollen and my calfs appear larger then normal. I also have some red spotting on my legs and bruising including redness on my ankle/top of foot. Lately ive been experiencing alot of pain in my lower spine and in my mid back, as well as my neck. I have recently noticed acne like sores on my head in under the hair. Lastly there is an odd type of whiteish red spotting of the skin color

Looking into your problem ankle swelling along with back pain is suggestive of some autoimmune phenomenon going on . You havent properly mentioned what kind of bruising you are noticing on ankle, is it some rash , are the spots red in colour , are they itchy and do you suffer from early morning stiffness of back muscles . It can be vasculitis rash.
Kindly visit a rheumatologist to get yourself evaluated . Your symptoms can be consistent with spondyloarthropathy . Please look into the matter at earliest .
