Swollen Anus, Pus Oozing Out. Had Sitz Bath. Reason?
My anus is swollen and when I checked it in the mirror is was oozing pus, I've had sweeping on my anus for about 4 days the size of a grape, then when I did the sitz bath and fiber and water it went down but now it feeling my my whole anus is swollen but it's only half and it's pussing, and now I feel the urge to go but am afraid to because lately I get sick and my rear stings...

The oozing out of pus from the anus is likely to be due to an infection in the area. It is more likely to be a superficial skin infection or folliculitis. A direct examination is needed for proper diagnosis. Oral antibiotics will help in early improvement.
