Swollen Clitoral Gland Causing Intense Pain On Touching, Had Sex Few Days Ago. Cause And Cure?
Is it normal to have a swollen clitoral gland (im assuming that is what it is as it is appears to be a capsul shaped lump to the side of my clitoris underneath the skin, which is not stationary but can move when touched)? i had sex a few days ago and it has not gone away yet. This has NOT happened before. IT IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL when touched. Should i be concerned? what is this and how can i treat it?
Hi, Thanks for the query. According to your description, the possibilities are : - Genital infection causing enlargement of the clitoris. -Bartholin cyst. Bartholin gland opens at the inner side of the labia. When the duct of the gland gets blocked it will form a cyst. If the cyst gets infected abscess will form. You once consult gynecologist, get examined to find out the exact cause of the problem and take treatment accordingly. Take care.
