Hi welcome to HCM.
If there is redness along with swelling and burning , it could be due to Dry eyes/ a mild allergic reaction too, which can be differentiated by direct slit lamp examination .

Any ocular surface epithelial disturbance will cause watering and burning. Try cold compresses with a good preservative free lubricant eye drops for a day. If not comfortable get an evaluation done for further assessment.

If you are a computer user, take frequent breaks to ensure enough blinking of the eye to maintain a constant tear flow across the eye.

Take care.
