Swollen Fingers, Not Painful. Got Index Finger Cut, Applied Antiseptic. Is It Infected?

I cut my index finger with picture frame glass on monday. the cut is small but rather deep. It cleaned it, I thought and put antiseptic on it. The cut looks healed, yet my finger is swollen and now the hand looks like it is swelling. It's not painful, yet I can't use my finger to cut my food or anything without it hurting. In thinking its infected. Question, is it safe to wait til Monday to see a dr?
