Swollen Labia, Burning Sensation While Urinating, Crater Like Formations. Tests Negative. On Paragard. Suggestions?

I have a swollen left labia that extends to the space between my thigh and beginning of Vagina. with no itch, no discharge, and it burns when I pee. I assumed HSV2, but when I looked, there was no open/broken skin, no sores, and no bumps. If anything, 2 small crater like formations, that were flesh colored and that was it. I am on the paragard, which causes frequents recurrences of BV, I am 26 years old; Last STD test came back negative for everything. It does not hurt when I touch it, but does hurt when I wipe. I took baths and it seemed to help. Today the formations are gone and the swelling has subsided. These symptoms lasted about 3 days. Any SUggestions

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You are probably suffering from Bartholin cyst followed by secondary infection.

It is the most common condition presenting with swelling of labia.

Treatment with antibacterials is needed, else it will become a chronic.

Usually all STD tests are negative in this condition.

Definitely you need to be concerned about this.

Please meet a dermatologist.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
