my blood pressure remains high but do not have headache or pain how to lower this blood pressure some times my part of upper or ,lo wer lip get swollen for some time please advise i am taking 75 mg loprin daily and 25 mg carsel my age is about 49 i try to walk about 2km daily had coenzyme blood test and ecg but every thing clear

High blood pressure that is hypertension is usually without any symptoms most of the times. That is why it is rightfully called silent killer. Please consult a doctor who will thoroughly examine you and decide the test for the cause and consequences of blood pressure. There is no drug of choice but choice of drugs for hypertension. It is high time that you ought to be taking not only treatment for hypertension but also be aware of your status with respect to other risk factors of coronary disease. Those are high bad cholesterol, low good cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, obesity with lack of exercise and stress. Good Luck.
