Swollen Lymph Nodes, Of A Size Of A Pea, Headaches, Diarrhea. What Could The Cause Be?

I am just wondering about my daughter who is 14 years old. She was seen recently at the doctor for having swollen lymph nodes about the size of a pea, behind her and in front of it. They have been there for several months and are sore. All the tests came back negative for anything. She has also been suffering from headaches, diarrhea and now she is cold and her temperature is 94.7 digital thermometer axillary. I took my temperature and it is normal like it usually is, 97.7. I am wondering if there is any cause for immediate concern.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Small lymph nodes, especially those less than one cm in size, are not of any concern.
However, if they are bigger or increasing in size or are painful, then it is better to go for FNAC (Needle aspiration) or biopsy of the lymph node to find out the underlying cause.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
