Swollen Meatus, Taken Antibiotics. Help

I had an infection that caused symptoms similiar to prostatitis . After the antibiotic treatment concluded, all of my symptoms (burning sensation, painful urination , etc.) resolved except I still have a swollen meatus. It has been a month and a half now and it still remains swollen. I need to know what I can do to make the swelling go away. I currently have no other symptoms other than the swelling makes it challenging urinating sometimes (spray vs. stream).

Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

This is ALSO part of the infection ( meatitis / prostatitis)
Physical examination will give a clue and decide on further treatment, local or oral antibiotics specific for this problem.

Get well soon.
Regards
DR GS
