Swollen Muscles Near Sternum Of Chest, Heaviness In Chest. Cause?

I have where my sternum on my chest is it is like the muscles are swollen and like it is uncomfortable when i swollow and is really heavy in my chest and throat i went to the hospital last monday because my whole chest in the sternum area was swollen really bad and that morning i had hit someones inhaler which was not the same as mine but since then i have been having this issue what could it be

Any sort of inhaler do not lead to swelling of sternal region.If you are getting a crepitant feeling it may be subcutaneous emphysema or else can be some muscular inflammation.
It will be better to get a chest xray done. nalgesic serratiopeptidase combination can be tried if it is painful...
