Swollen, Painful Line On Tip Of Tongue, Painful When There Is Contact. What Is The Required Treatment?

I have white swollen, painful lines on the tip of my tongue, on top and underneath as well. It is more painful when there is contact on it and that is something I can t help or do anything about and I can t find anything on any websites about it, everything I have read is just describing something completely different. Could you help?
