Swollen Tonsils Without Pain, Dry Mouth. Due To Dehydration? Have Nausea

hi,im not really sure what i am supposed to be putting here but uhm... every morning when i wake up i have really bad dry mouth and my tonsils will be big (er swollen) but don t hurt... so im concerned is it just dehydration or something else?? because when they re big like that and i don t get something to drink right away i feel as if im going to vomit and i start coughing up mucous what s that about???

You may be having nasal obstruction for which you may be breathing through mouth while asleep. Also do ask your partner about your snoring, if any. Do take steam before going to be at night and consult ENT in case the symptoms persist.
