Swollen Upper Lip. No Pain. Have Tingling And Numbness. What Could It Be?

hi doctor. i woke up today only to find that half of my upper lip is swollen. i have looked around for bite or sting marks, but found nothing. there is no pain only a numb and tingly feeling.i didnt eat anything the night before so it couldnt be an allergic reaction . i applied a frozen bottle of water to it. what could this be? and how can i make the swelling go away as soon as possible?

you take tab rhinitidine 150 mgm daly before meals for 7 days
take tab ebastine 10 mgm daily for 7 days
apply kenacort mouth gel on lip morning evening afternoon after food
