Swollen Upper Lip, Pus Oozing After Scratching. Looks Like Spider Bite. Diagnosed As Herpes. Recommendations?
My gf has a swollen upper lip. It happened over night then swelled worse the next day. She said she scratched it and yellow puss came out. She went to the doctors they didn't do any test and said it was herpes. Should we accept this answer and does it sound likely. i have doubts because it swelled very quickly and a lot as if it was a bad spider bite or something. Thankyou for your time.

Swelling of the upper lip with oozing will be herpes labalis.wait for one week.if it is herpes it gets subsided.otherwise for spider bite treatment. Now.treatment consists of antiviral and antibiotic
