Swollen, White Palms On Exposure To Water, Skin Rash, Bumps On Arms. Causes And Treatment?

hello, I am having a skin problem. When exposed to water my palms start to get swollen, white and bumpy. I also have a rash that has been developing on various parts of my body. I moved to XXXXX and begin getting the problem ever since. It started out with a few bumps on my arm and now has advanced to my palms getting swollen. Thank you for you time.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Thanks for asking ,
You are suffering from urticaria , It  can be treated by antihistamines like ebastin 10 daily These may need to be given as a combination of H1 antagonists, or possibly with an H2-receptor antagonist such as cimetidine.
Not taking hot baths or showers may help if it is generalized , allergy tests may uncover substances the patient is allergic to.
Using hypo-allergenic soaps And avoiding cold/ hot water may help.
