Systolic Is 97 Diastolic Is 65 Heart Rate Is 62 At Rest. Is This Normal?
systolic is 97 diastolic is 65 heart rate is 62 at rest is this low I am a 37 year old woman. Wondering if this is too low I have been getting headaches and nausea . I was told my blood pressure could be causing it.

duration of rest you are getting, do you use reading glasses or have your Eye sight
