TMJ, Yawning, Popping My Own Ears, Nose Drains When Under Eye Is Rubbed. Recommendations?

I have been see a doctor for TMJ and I am not getting any releif besides my own doing.. like yawning, poppoing my own ears. I am so tired of it! I been massaging my face to help relax and I noticed when i rub under my eyes right by my nose it starts to drain alittle. Would you happen to know if I would have any kind of blockage and if that would make me grind? And how to get rid of this crackling sound all the time

Hello,
Your TMJ has to be examined clinically by palpation and OPG radiograph will help to evaluate any dislocation or inflammation of TMJ if associated.
Jaws has to be immobilised for a while.
Avoid mouth opening too widely.
Intermaxillary fixation through splinting has to be done.
Take analgesics along with muscle relaxants.
Please do visit an oral-maxillofacial surgeon for further concern.
Take care.
