TSH, T3 And T4 Levels Abnormal, Sweating, Dry Skin Peeling Off, Chest Pain, Asthma Symptoms. What Is Wrong?

Hi doctor , actually i'm 22 and for the last two years i've been trying to find solution for my improving allergy till the last week i did tsh ,t3 and t4 test and the result was showing 4.1 for tsh which is over normal value and low values for the others which are again at the least values of their normal values , my question is there any link between those results and my problem ? i also discovered that i got some of the low thyroxine symptoms such as over sweating ,dry and peeling skin in the hands and lips ,mood changing ,depressed ,swelling in mouth roof and chest pain while taking deep breath (asthma symptoms), i also started to forget things ,and decreasing in understanding at college.
