Hi,
In the current scenario, please get a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine and if you wish for a better confirmation, you can go for the serum beta-hCG titre estimation. If pregnancy is confirmed, this spotting could be an implantation bleed and you should see a gynecologist for further monitoring. If pregnancy is excluded, it indicates slight hormonal imbalance and should correct easily with adequate rest, proper diet and exercise and some supplements if needed. Hope this helps.
