TTC. Delayed Periods Followed By Light Periods, Spotting, Nausea, Slight Back Pain, Bloating. Off Depo. Thoughts?
I normally have normal period this time I was 2dYs late then had light period and then 3dYs of spotting only when I had to wipe. Finished but been getting more nausa now for last 3weeks approx and slight back pain and now feel bloated and cramping which isn't normal for me after period only before been of depo for approx 15mths and having unprotected sex and trying for baby
Hi, In the current scenario, please get a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine and if you wish for a better confirmation, you can go for the serum beta-hCG titre estimation. If pregnancy is confirmed, this spotting could be an implantation bleed and you should see a gynecologist for further monitoring. If pregnancy is excluded, it indicates slight hormonal imbalance and should correct easily with adequate rest, proper diet and exercise and some supplements if needed. Hope this helps.
