Taken Plan B After Having Sex. Have Sensitive Nipples, Breast Tenderness, Low Back Pain. Pregnant?

Hi, I took the plan B pill on 6/30, 24 hours after having sex on 6/29. Also, I ended my week long cycle on 6/28. I know we used a condom, but I am not sure whether it broke or not because I had much to drink that night. A week after taking the plan B pill (7/7), I am having erect and sensitive nipples and breast tenderness, low back soreness, and feeling like I am going to start my period. Should I think that a pregancy is imminent and make an appointment with my Dr for three weeks out, or could the plan B still be causing side effects a week later? Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

Well the thing with emergency pills like plan B is that they reduce the chances that you will get pregnant, they are arent 100% effective. As such there is always a chance that you are pregnant, I recommend you take a home pregnancy test first, that should let you know if you are pregnant or not. Based on that you can decide what to do next.

I hope this answered your question.
