Taken Antibiotics And Nystatin For Itchy Sores. Low Hemoglobin Level

I have been itching for almost a year and a half. for the past few months I have been getting sores that have a flaky looking center but if I pick at them they wont flake and when I force it to be picked the hole is deeper than you would expect. I have been to the dermatologist and he gave me an antibiotic and it didn't help. Now I'm using Nystatin and it's not helping either. I've noticed the past few times I've been to the doctor my hemoglobin levels were a little low but only by 0.5. I don't have insurance and I have 3 kids. I'm afraid I'm being eaten alive by a parasite or something. My kids need me and I don't have money to go to another doctor and find out nothing.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some allergen causing this problem.
There might be having internal or external allergen.
Try to find out allergens like allergy to soap, duo, talc, clothes.
Many a time parasite like worm infestation, scabies can cause itching.
Go for one course of anti-helminth like Albendazole tablet once in a week for two weeks.
Apply skin moisturizing body lotion and keep skin moist.
Avoid wearing synthetic clothes and wear cotton clothes.
Avoid handling any chemicals if you are handling.
Keep surrounding area insect free.
Ok and take care.
