Taken Penicillin For Fever And Body Pain. Now Taking Pentid. Is It Okay?

In 2007, i had fever and body pain one night.after that one doctor prescribed me to take penicillin 2 lack injection in interval of 15 days . now till 2013, i have taken that.But now i have started to take pentid 400 tablets, two tablets per day. As my new report, i am ok.But still i am taking the tablets.Please! tell me ,is it right or not ?
I am a 23 year old girl.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Previously you must taking penicillin ( benzathine or procaine penicillin fortified or ppf), now pentid is penicillin G .
As you mentioned that you are alright , so, why are you taking penicillin ?
Unnecessary use of drug in very dangerous. It will develop resistant to many pathogens or bacteria .
Also toxicity to liver so avoid this drug .
