Taking Cipro. Have Red, Painless Spots On Head Of Penis. Cure?

Hi, I have recently been on antibiotics (cipro) and am 4 days into use of a 7 day course, I noticed yesterday that 12+ small flat red painless spots had appeared on the head of my penis , they do not cause me any discomfort or pain, and I have not had unprotected sex, would you be able to help me identify what they are and what a cure could be? Hi,

It may be syphilis / merely a irritation, you need to have it checked since you will need to do undergo some test to confirm the diagnosis.
