Taking Climara Pro. Have Mood Swings. Swimming Affecting Patch?

Been on Climara Pro for about six months and love the results. I am 61 yrs. old, past menopause and needed more estrogen to alleviate my severe mood swings. I have been swimming during the last two months for exercise (40 min. every other day) and have noticed my mood swings have come back. Am I diluting the patch with all of the swimming? I use to work out on the treadmill for 30 min. every other day and was happy and fine but much prefer the swimming to working out on the treadmill.

Hi, physical exercise may not have any relation with the dose of the estrogen , you are using, any how it may due to some tension or anxiety in the family. You trace it out, and try some diversion like yoga, meditation, etc.
You will be fine . Thank you.
