Taking Lisinopril. Feeling Twinge In Throat. Having Cough. Get Watery Eyes And Running Nose During Cough. Remedy?

I just started taking Lisinopril at the end of May, and I started having problems clearing my throat, now I get a twinge in my throat then have a coughing spell that is almost a chocking deep cough when it comes on. Then I get watery eyes and running nose. It is on and off throughout the day and night. Sometimes I go several hours without coughing. Allergy medicine does not help nor does cough syrup.
