Taking Depo Shot. Have Spotting, No Periods, Cramping, Nauseous. Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy?
So I'm on depo kinda recent... my 3rd shot is in December... but this month I didn't really have my period just spotting for like a week n a half been cramping in my side's and tummy but can't eat very much cuz the smell of food and taste makes me gag and I've been very nauseous... could I be pregnant? I want to know what's going on

Hi, Depo shots for family planning avoid ovulation& avoid pregnancy. It's a hormonal preparation, and is known to cause irregular/ scanty/ no periods . The nausea,may be a side effect to the high hormone itself. Its very rare to get pregnancy to occure while getting the shots regularly . .So don't worry. Still if you have doubt, Blood HCG test would clear it. Thanks.
