Taking Deviry For Irregular Period, Have Increased Flow. Should I Consume Pause MF Now?
hello doctor, i am 23 years old. i am having irregular periods from last 2 years. i met a doctor last month since i was not getting periods for more than 3 months. she suggested me neo pms for 3 months and deviry for 3 days.i got my periods on 1st november around 10 days after the dose of deviry. the flow was less for the first 15 days.but from last 3 days it has increased. yesterday the flow was very heavy. i have stopped taking neo pms from last 3 days since it was not stopping. should i continue the table neo pms even when i am having periods? also should i take pause MF to slop bleeding since i am bleeding from last 20 days and i am feeling weak . please suggest.
Any and all alterations to the treatment regimen should be made only after consulting your doctor. As for now, you may discontinue neo pms, but do not take pause MF until your doctor thinks it is required. I would also recommend a check on your blood hemoglobin levels and a correction if required accordingly.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
