Hi, welcome to healthcare magic. It is very important to have a transvaginal ultrasound to document a healthy intrauterine gestational sac and to exclude ectopic pregnancy. It is not wise to have progesterone and hcg to support a pregnancy of unknown location. If an intrauterine gestational sac is confirmed, continue on your treatment, avoid straining (cough, constipation, sex, lifting heavy objects..) and repeat the ultrasound after one week. If no sac is seen by ultrasound, you should have a quantitative hcg test and follow up after 48 hours. Good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
