Taking Effexor For Anxiety. Vomiting. Need Alternate Medication
Hello, I have anxiety and am currently taking Effexor 150mg which I started out at 75 and it did the same thing. It makes me sick to the point sometimes I throw up but it does help my anxiety. Is this something I should stick with or should I look into something else? is there a short term option for when i get to overwhelmed. any coping skills advice? ive been to counselors. Also I'm 19 very social, and going back to college soon.thank you for your time.
hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum.Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from anxietyneurosis, which can very effectively be treated by homoeopathy, an alternative mode of medication.Really effective and absolutely safe.I cannot advice on net because homoeopathy treats the patient and not the disease, which requires a good history.Drug dependancy is harmful, so take care.Have a healthy day.thanks

Taking Effexor For Anxiety. Vomiting. Need Alternate Medication
Hi, Thanks for using healthcare magic. I have gone through your available history. Effexor contains venlafaxine which is good, potent drug for depression and anxiety. Normal dose range is 150 to 225 mg. sometimes, venlafaxine may cause irritation and agitation as a side effect. Agitation may be part of anxiety symptom also. So you should consult your psychiatrist. Doctor will decide whether you need to continue the same drug or change of medication is needed. Thanks.
