Taking Epiliv And Gardenal For Epilepsy. Pain In Legs, Knees. Side Effects Of The Medication?
Hi Sir, I am Rasesh Rehi from Rajkot (Gujarat). I want to ask about epilive 500 mg tablet. My wife having epilepsy problem from last 20 years. She take epilive 500 mg tablet three times in a day. and also gardenal 30 1/2 morning and night. Last few days she have so much pain in there legs, knees. All reports, x-ray are normal. Local doctor says may be the side effects of the epilive...... Please help me...

Epilive (levetiracetam) is among the safest drugs available for treating epilepsy.
I do not think that epilive is the reason behind your wife's leg pains.
Please show her to a rheumatologist for evaluation and treatment of her pains.
