Taking Losartan For High BP, Have Swollen Ankles, Red Rash To Feet, Itchy. Should I Be Concerned?

i am taking losartan 25mg 1 tablet per day for high blood pressure. It was 178/140 before I started taking it. After one week on it, my blood pressure is 110/70, but I have very swollen ankles and a red rash from the mid-calf down to my feet that itches. Are these normal symptoms should I be concerned.
