Taking Pradaxa For Atrial Fibrillation. Will Travelling On Air Affect Adversely?

I take pradaxa 150 twice a day for afib. will be flying to Hawaii first of year and will be in the air for a total of 10 hours. Has there been any reports of flying adversely affecting pradaxa patients. Is there any reason for me to be concerned. Should I consult my cardiologist before flying.

Dear sir

Air travel cause barometric pressure variations which cause aggravations in the atrial fibrillations. As a standard advice you might need to visit a cardiologist and take a opinion..

Thanks
