Taking Pre-rejoint For Knee Pains. Suggest Alternative For Pre-rejoint Medicine

I have been using pre-rejoint tablets for my knee pains from past 6yrs with daily dosage 1tab. I would like to get an alternative product in USA. Below are some of my alternative available at costco, Please suggest one 1.Kirkland Signature™ Extra Strength Glucosamine with MSM, 375 Tablets 2. Nature Made TripleFlex® Triple Strength**, 150 Caplets Glucosamine 1,500 mg, Chondroitin 800 mg, MSM 750 mg 3. Cosamin® ASU with Glucosamine and Chondroitin, 180 Capsules
