Taking Prozac For Depression. Difficulty In Ejaculation. Medication Side Effect?

Hi, I've been on Prozac (20 mg) for depression for several weeks and almost immediately lots my ability to ejaculate (which, being a teenager, is important to me). I added 150 mg of Wellbutrin to hopefully counteract the sexual side effects, and have been on it for four days. Is there any way to know when I will have full functioning back? Should I add more WB?

Thanks for posting your concerns to this forum,
Fluoxetine is known to cause Sexual dysfunction is a common side effect with SSRIs.
Specifically, side effects often include difficulty becoming aroused, erectile dysfunction, lack of interest in sex, and anorgasmia (inability to achieve orgasm).
It is important at any age so please report it to your treating doctor and first step is to stop the drug.
Please do not take Bupropion by yourself to counteract the effect it is not like that.It is not advisable to take such medicine without proper consultation and prescription.
Your doctor will stop the Fluoxetine and suitable alternative may be given to you Bupropion is less likely to cause sexul side effect but needs strict medical supervision.
With proper treatment your condition should improve it may take some time.
