Hello It seems from the history that your father had a complicated cataract surgery following which he is using tab wysolone for treatment of complications caused by cataract surgery. Wysolone is a steroid and it is known to cause the problems like altered level of blood glucose levels and other problems which you have mentioned in the history. The treatment for this is to stop the drug and replacing the drug like non steroidal antiinflammatory drug.
Thank you
