Tan And Grey Growth Under The Tongue Along With Drainage Coming Out Of Mouth. Is It Due To Infection?

My son just started complaining of drainage coming out of the right side of his mouth, when I started examining his mouth I noticed a growth under his tongue, most of it is flesh colored but the top of it is tan and gray. Could it be an infection? And I pray it's not cancer

What is the age of your son? How long been he is complaining about this ? It could be a cyst or an ulcer. Is it bleeding while cleaning the mouth ?
Wait for sometime. Then if the swelling is increasing in size or its causing some other issues, then consult your doctor for help.
