Tears In Vagina After Intercourse. Yellowish Fluid Discharge. Pain While Urination. Need A Cure
Hi i had sex saturday and sunday and after i just discovered that he had scratched my vagina on both sides of the lips and a scratch in the inside. The area between my vagina and anus has a few tears on them. What can I use to heal the scratches? Also my vagina is leaking some kind of fluid and it drips like water. It looks white but when i wipe it myself it s yellow. It hurts when I pee but it s from the pee hitting the cuts on my vagina.
The tears in the vagina need to be examined to know the depth of the tears.
If they superficial, they will heal spontaneously, but if they are deep enough they need to be repaired by the doctor.
There is every chance for the tears to get infected.
You need to use a topical antibiotic ointment to prevent and to control infection.
Yellow colored discharge from the vagina can be secondary to infection/ inlammation caused by injury.
However, you have mentioned that the urine drips from vagina.
This is asymptom of fistula (or an abnormal tract) between vagina and the urinary tract.
Consult your gynecologist for clinical examination, relevant investigation and aprpopriate management.
Thanks and take care
