Teenager. Chest Pain, Racing Heart, Trouble Breathing, Shaky Body, Back Pain. History Of Migraines. Diagnosed Anxiety. Suggestions?

I was diagnosed with migraines 3 years ago.Im 19 years old now.One migraine put me in the hospital 2 years ago,and I've been seeing a neurologist since then, and nothing seems to work.Ive tried countless medications, and even something called cranial therapyy migraines have recently decreased, but I've been having other symptoms.I've been having chest pain,a racing heart, trouble taling deep breaths, shaky legs/body,and more recently back pain and pain where I usually dont have it.I went to the E.R. because i was having so much trouble breathing. They told me it was anxiety and gave me anxiety. They said something about seeing a pulmonary doctor. But, my family pysician also agress thats it anxiety.Im already on medicine for anxiety and dont want more.Could the heart racing and everything else be related to the migraines or is it something else?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Migraine is not the cause of your racing heart and other symptoms. These could be due to anxiety.
In addition, a cardiac arrhythmia (abnormality of heart rhythm) needs to be excluded as a cause too. A Holter monitoring would help in the diagnosis.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
