Hi, I am 15 years old male. Actually I am observing that my body joints like knees just produce a cracking sound. Specially when I wake up it frequently sounds and a little kind of pain remains.. Plz. kindly help me out and prescribe me any kind of medicine and exercise and also tell me about my routine food means what to avoid and what to take.
