Teenager. Foul Odor In Urine, Pain In Genitals, Bedwetting. Sexually Active, STD Test Negative. Opinion?

My daughter is 17 and says her genitals hurt like they were hit very hard. Her urine has a foul odor. She wet the bed last night and never has done so before. She is sexually active with her boyfriend so the Dr tested for std's and they were negative. So they just put her in an antibiotic. I would feel more reassured knowing what we are treating before it gets worse in the event that the antibiotic does not work. Any suggestions or opinions welcome.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You once check for her urine microscopy to rule out any urinary tract infection.
If that is normal, she can take the tablets adviced by the doctor along with analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs.
If she is having any local lesions, she can use some local antibiotic cream also with doctor's advice.
Sitz bath can give some relief to her.
