Teenager. In Need Of Losing Weight. Healthy Lifestyle. Will Diet Pills, Abidexin Or Alli Help?

I need to lose as much weight as possible ASAP. I have gained a lot of weight since high school, and everyone is mad at me for it. I look horrible and my self esteem is totally gone. I am a 19 year-old female. I exercise daily and have tried every diet out there, including a "healthy lifestyle." NOTHING WORKS! The needle on the scale only ever goes up. I am going to take diet pills. Should I take Abidexin or Alli? If I took both together, would anything bad happen? Please, I need to lose as much weight as possible ASAP.

Hello,
If you are gaining weight in spite of doing regular exercises and healthy eating, then you should consult your doctor and try to find medical cause behind it like PCOS,HYPOTHYROIDISM etc.
If there is no medical cause behind your excessive weight, then a proper professional approach to reduce your weight by consulting a dietician or a nutritionist can be undertaken.
Thanks
