Teenager. Light Yellow Scab On Back Looking Like Burn Mark From Cigarette. Any Idea?

Hello, I'm sixteen and have found a scab on my back. It looks as if it is a burn mark from a cigarette but it isn't and I don't remember anything happening that could've caused this. It's just a scab and no more painful than any ordinary one but I've been told it looks a-bit yellow but due to its position I can't see. Do you have any idea what this is and how it was caused?

Hello,
From what you say, we are not very entirely clear about the appearance of the scab.
Well it could be a cigarette burn scab or a scab from a slight abrasion or insect wound after you have scratched it.
We do not play a guessing game here. Please meet a dermatologist and he may clear you of your doubts.

It may not be a serious problem but then any skin changes which are of doubtful nature surely require a doctor's visit.
Hope this helps.
