Hello, I'm 16 years old and think I may have a tight fraenulum. I can pull my foreskin all the way back normally with no pain or discomfort. During an erection I find a bit of discomfort pulling my foreskin all the way back and usually during masturbation I usually only move my foreskin down half way down the penis head because any further pulling can cause discomfort. I can pull it back softly during an erection but if I try to move it to quickly I feel as though my foreskin gets caught under my penis head rim. Is this all normal? I thought I might be a bit young and this might be an issue as my penis may not have fully developed yet. Thank you for taking your time reading this.
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a band of adhesion between glans penis and Frenulum.which prevents complete retraction of foreskin over glans especially on erection. Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination .You may need to get this band excised under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure. Dr.Patil..
