Teenager. Tickling And Itcy Anus With Discharge Of Greenish Fluid, Feeling Of Something Moving In Anus. Help
I find the following problem very embarrassing. It's a down-there issue. I am a 16 year old female and I have been feeling something really weird in my anus as if there is something moving and there is this greenish fluid that comes along. Now this tickling feeling won't stop and it's very itchy to a point where I can't even stay still. What could be causing this? And is there any way to fix the problem without having to go to the doctor and share this with others? This has been going on for several months now. Thank you.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. May be due to. 1 Worm infestation , as you mentioned that something is crawling around the anus . May be worms e.g. pin worm or enterobious vermicularis . Diagnosis can be confirmed by stool examination and scratch test from anus. 2 Eczematous dermatitis causes oozing from infected area . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a dermatologist. 3 Hemorrhoids may be the next reason. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon. In my opinion without hesitation you should consult a physician and get his consultation. Good luck. Dr. HET
