Teenager On Birth Control Pills, Have Severe Burning In The Stomach During Periods. What Could This Be?

Ok I am on my period I'm also using birth control for my pain I had 2 months ago. I have been on my period for a month now. 4 days ago whenever I walk or lay down my stomach starts to burn. I become nauseous I've been feeling like I needed to throw up but I have never thrown up yet.
I have researched about this burn during my period and 3 websites said that I may have some type of infection.
I am 14 years old and the burning makes me feel like I wanna die. I have cried 3 times in the past 4 days from the burning. Sometimes my kidney hurts too.
My doctor office is closed for the rest of holiday. Should I go to the emergency .??? Please answer ASAP
