Teenager With Quick Variation In Weight. Suggest Diet Plan
Hey im a 13 year old girl in may i started to go on a diet and excersize i was then 93 pounds. By augest i was 85 pounds then by november i went to 87. My family said i must gain weight bc im turning 14 in february and i shouldnt be in the 80s and they said i looked too skinny. So i started eating more and eating cake ect. Now its 2 weeks later and im 92 pounds! How did i gain 5 pounds in 2 weeks?! Now i feel like i should diet again. Of course i wanted to gain weight but not so quickly! Please help! Also i got my period when i was 12 in january 2013 and had it until april and then once i started excersizing and dieting in may i havent had it since then! What should i do please help me!

the idea to stay healthy is to maintain a healthy diet dont overeat and dont avoid food
have a well balanced diet richer in proteins and exercise to stay fit not to loose weight
