Tender Nipples And Breast, Leaking Clear Liquid From Nipples, Tummy Cramps, Vaginal Discharge. Any Advice?

hi, i have been experiencing very tender nipples and breast my nipples have also been leaking a clear liquid, i also have clear vaginal discharge with tummy cramps . i am tired all the time and i have been nauseas and i have just strted vomitting. i have taken a few preg test but they have come back negative. i dont know if its a phantom pregnancy or if im pregneant but i need help. whatever advise you could give would be appreciated. kind regards jordyn

Welcome to HCM.
First of all you confirm your pregnancy by doing blood test for HCG as sometimes home pregnancy tests are not reliable in early wk.
Tender nipple and breast with leaking clear fluid may be due to some sort of infection or mastitis following cracked nipple,use of OCP or premenstrual symptoms (PMS).
Do a blood prolactin level if there is significant amount nipple discharge.Take short course of antibiotic or Prim Rose Capsule 1000 mg daily along with SSRI (Fluoxetine 20mg single oral dose) to modify behavioral symptoms.
Lower abdomen cramp is treated with NSAIDs like Mefenamic acid or Drotin. Mild vaginal discharge without bad smell or itching,need no treatment.Just keep vaginal hygiene healthy.
Take high calorie protein rich diet,avoid stress by deep breathing or yoga,maintain personal hygiene,do light exercise and proper sleep.
