Tensed Neck, On And Off Pulsing Tension In Head Going To Back Of Neck. MRI Normal. Had Cataract, Glocomer Operations. Thoughts?

Hi is there anything I can do to relieve this neck tension, lve had an MRI. scan and nothing was detected, I ve also had this pulsing tension in my head, it calms down a bit and then flares up again and tends to go to the back of my neck, May I also mention that Ii had a cataract operation. and glocomer operation this year, March, and around August this problem started, This was done on my left eye,, I would appreciate it if you could help me know what this problem is

Hi, thanks for calling Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the vascular pain, may be due to the dialated arteries. These changes could be due to the hypertension, and can be confirmed by color dopler. Spondylosis is excluded by M.R.I.
You had surgeries for cataract, and glaucoma in march and this started in august. Rarely it may be due to the thrombosis.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for confirmation.
