Terrible Pressure Like Pain In Chest Going Through Back, Bad Headache, Nausea, Lightheaded, Aches In Arms And Side. Heart Attack?

I think I am having a heart attack but I'm not sure. I have terrible painful chest pain that's like a pressure that feels like it goes straight through to my back and kind of to the left. I also have a bad headache. I also have nausea, lightheadedness, and random aches in my arms and sides. This has been going on for a little over an hour.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You MUST GO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT - IMMEDIATELY
In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. The most important time is the first few hours.
You SHOULD SEE YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...
Better be safe than sorry - treated if a problem is found / Happy, if it turns out otherwise

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
